Tracking down the arsonist who burned down Willis’s workshop in White Orchard. There are a number of ways of completing this quest, but using Axii on the suspect is probably the best solution.

A very helpful skill to have activated is Delusion Level 2, for the Axii Witcher Sign. With it, you can control people’s minds and get them to do stuff they wouldn’t normally do.
