White Orchard is the best place to get the Power Overwhelming achievement, which requires that you have all five of the Place of Power bonuses active at the same time.

After agreeing to take on the Griffin contract Geralt visits Tomira the herbalist to ask her about Buckthorn, then goes to see Mislav the hunter to find out where the Griffin’s last victims were found. After investigating the site he then finds out why the Griffin has left its lair.

In this instance from a Yrden stone, or Place of Power. These enhance the power of a particular Witcher sign for a set period of time.
