There are lots of cool hidden places in The Witcher 3, but here are my top ten places to find that are off the beaten track.
Plant the magic beans; stand back while the beanstalk grows; climb it; fight the giant at the top. Once you’ve defeated the giant, Syanna will then suggest a little “sexy time”.
“A true Witcher should never abandon poultry in distress” says Geralt, and thus he takes on the one and only side quest in The Land of a Thousand Fables – “Duck, Duck, Goosed!” – in which he must rescue an imprisoned goose from a nearby bandit camp.
Syanna points out the obvious when you destroy the house containing the Three Little Pigs (“Oh bumbotch – they didn’t like that!”).
Climbing the large tower at the centre of the landscape, Geralt goes looking to talk to Longlocks, who’s supposed to be in the room at the top.
Aggressive pixies, unicorns, rainbows, The Boy Who Cried Wolf, Jack and the Beanstalk, the Big Bad Wolf… The Land of a Thousand Fables is a very strange and dangerous place.
Geralt goes looking for Syanna in the illusion world of “The Land of a Thousand Fables”. It doesn’t take him long to find her, and when he does it seems to upset the Wicked Witch, who attacks Geralt on her flying broomstick.
Geralt and Regis decide to find Syanna and end up in the children’s playroom. After a bit of investigation, and a recitation of the words “expecto ludum” while reading the magic book “The Land of a Thousand Fables”, something strange happens…
There are quite a few quests in The Witcher 3. In fact: there are 309 in total. These are my top 30 favourites.
