Lilac and Gooseberries continues. First with a fist fight with some irate locals, then with a short ride to the Nilfgaardian Garrison in northern White Orchard. Here Geralt asks about Yennefer, then makes a deal with the Nilfgaardian commander, Captain Peter Saar Gwynleve.

The opening quest of The Witcher 3 – Lilac and Gooseberries – is relatively eventful. First an encounter with a Griffin, then a visit to the White Orchard Inn where Geralt buys some Gwent cards, uses Axii on someone, then plays a round of Gwent with Aldert Geerd.

I recently bought The Witcher 3 GOTY Edition on GOG.com so I’m moving over from the Steam version to the GOG version to play through it again. This will be my fourth playthrough.
